  • What are the advantages of becoming a rewards member? →

    Our rewards program allows members to earn perks the more they engage with us. Members receive rewards points for each purchase, that can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases. You can also earn points for sharing with friends, sharing us on social media and much more.

  • Does it cost anything to join? Or to earn/redeem points? →

    Signing up is 100% free, and there is no additional cost for earning or redeeming rewards. You may earn points by purchasing Superegg products on our site, sharing with friends or other activities listed on this page.

  • How can I earn points? →

    We have listed all your points-earning possibilities above in Ways To Earn Points section. You can also earn a $5 credit each time you refer a friend and your unique URL is used for a first-time superegg.nyc purchase.

  • Can I buy extra points? →

    You can't buy points. But you can always continue to earn points by shopping with us or completing other campaigns.

  • What can points be redeemed for? →

    For discounts on your superegg.nyc purchase. The $ levels are listed in Redeem Points section in your account page and cart page.

  • How do I redeem points? →

    Simply visit the your account page to view all of our great reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your chosen reward.

  • How do I check my points balance? →

    Make sure you are logged into your account. Your balance is always displayed on your Account page, and on this page when you are logged in.

  • Can I combine points with an additional discount code? →

    Sorry, but no. Rewards point discount codes cannot be used with other discount codes.

  • When do I receive $5 credits to my account for referring a friend? →

    Once your referred friend completes their purchase via the link you sent them, you will be notified by email that you have a $5 redeemable reward.

  • Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer? →

    No, refer as many friends as you would like. Keep in mind, you can only refer each friend (or each email) once.

  • Do my points expire? →

    No, your points will never expire!

  • When I make a return, do I lose points I earned for the purchasing that product? →

    If you return a product, you will lose earned points for that purchase. If you used points to get a discount for the returned order, we will automatically add those back to your balance once your return has been processed.

  • Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount? →

    Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your rewards account.
