We hatched SUPEREGG, a vegan egg that is powerfully healthy for your skin. Formulated to match an egg's nutritional value through 100% vegan ingredients, our plant-based skincare line restores and balances your skin to a smooth egg-like complexion.

Is SUPEREGG vegan?

Are your products CLEAN?  

Clean and cruelty-free, SUPEREGG formulas are entirely transparent for your review. Knowing what you apply on your body is more than a smart idea, it’s a valuable asset. Our skin, after all, is our largest organ, and we are committed to ensuring each ingredient is safe and healthy. In fact, the following common harmful ingredients listed below are not included in any of our products. We strive to provide sustainable formulations beneficial to our health and the environment. Are your products tested on animals?  

SUPEREGG products are never tested on animals.

What is SUPEREGG Duplex?  

Each component of an egg—the egg yolk, white, and eggshell membrane—contains unique essential vitamins, minerals, and proteins beneficial for replenishing elasticity and deep hydration. SUPEREGG reimagines the power of the egg into the vegan version of each component, honing into its unique functions. We have crafted special formulas called the Duplex, or Duplicated Complex, through powerful plant-based ingredients.

Can I use SUPEREGG with other skincare products?  

Yes! SUPEREGG products were developed to be an essential part of your daily skincare ritual. We encourage you to play nice with all your other favorite products.

Are your products formulated for all skin types?  

Our products are developed to be gentle on all skin types. As everyone's skin is different and sensitivity is based on various factors, we recommend you consult with your doctor or skincare professional should you have any specific concerns.

What products are unsafe for me to use while I am pregnant or nursing?  

As a good safety measure, we always recommend you consult with your doctor or skincare professional should you have any specific concerns.

Do you offer samples?  

At this time, we do not have samples readily available. We will announce the introduction of samples as we evolve. Please follow our Instagram (@supereggnyc) or sign up for our mailing list for information about future sample giveaways.

What is the shelf life of your products?  

Our products have a shelf life of 12 months when opened, and 24 months when unopened.

Is your product packaging recyclable?  

SUPEREGG packaging materials are mostly or all recyclable. Our boxes are made from FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified paper, which has been sourced in an environmentally-friendly and socially responsible manner. We are devoted to developing sustainable packaging options that further reduce our environmental footprint.

Where are your products made?  

SUPEREGG products are developed in New York and manufactured in South Korea. This allows us access to the highest-quality ingredients using one of the most sophisticated technologies.

What is 1% for the Planet?  

1% for the Planet is an international organization whose members contribute at least one percent of their annual sales to environmental causes. Do you offer free shipping?  

We offer free shipping on all US orders of $60 or more (excluding taxes). For orders under $60, standard shipping costs $5.90.

Do you ship Internationally?  

We do not ship internationally at this time, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

When will my order ship?  

Our team works as quickly as possible to ship all orders within 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking code and link to be activated.

Where will my order ship from and how long will it take to arrive?  

With the possible exception of shipments during special promotions, launches, holidays, or other seasonal fluctuations, orders are processed within 1 business day from when the order was placed. Once processed, parcels are shipped from New York / New Jersey by the United States Postal Service, UPS, or Fedex. It typically takes 3-9 business days to arrive.

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped along with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the tracking number and link that is provided in your shipping confirmation message. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our hands.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?  

We work hard to help you get your orders processed as fast as possible. As soon as the payment is accepted, your order is shipped, which leaves out time for changes to be made. Upon checkout, please confirm your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.

There may be time to cancel your order. Please email us at care@superegg.nyc as soon as possible with the subject line “Cancellation” with your full name and order number. If we can process the cancellation prior to shipment, we will try to accommodate, otherwise please wait for the receipt of your package to begin the return process.

What payment methods do you accept?  

We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), Paypal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

How do I apply my promo code?  

Promo codes may be applied during checkout. Please note that promo codes are for one time use only. If you used the 10% off promo code on your first order and then refunded or exchanged, please contact care@superegg.nyc to receive a new 10% off promo code to apply to your next purchase.

What is your return policy?  

We hope that the love and care we put towards our products come through, but we understand that some things do not work out. We are happy to accept return products within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be unopened, unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Please contact us at care@superegg.nyc with your order number to start the return process. Our customer service team will provide return instructions within 3 business days of your request. If the unopened item(s) are sent without notifying us beforehand, we cannot issue a refund. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and let you know whether your item is eligible for a refund. If your return is approved, we will promptly issue a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee and the shipping costs of your original order, which are non-refundable. Unfortunately, Digital gift card is non-refundable and non-returnable. LUMN INC./SUPEREGG is not responsible for any lost packages or untraceable return shipments.

Can I exchange a product?  

The only way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

An item in my order was damaged in transit! What do I do?  

We carefully pack every order, but sometimes damage can occur in transit. In the instance your order arrives damaged, a replacement will be issued at no cost to you. To qualify for a replacement, your request must be reported to our customer care email (care@superegg.nyc) with a photo within 48 hours of receipt. All original shipping costs are non-refundable.
